Welcome to Racing Snails, an asynchronous multiplayer game developed by Mytholite Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Racing Snails, accessible through browser, desktop, and mobile applications (“the Game”). By creating an account and playing the Game, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
•Age Requirement: Racing Snails is suitable for all ages, but by registering an account, you confirm that you are either 13 years of age or older, or you have parental consent if required in your jurisdiction.
•Account Creation: To play Racing Snails, users must create an account by providing a valid email address and a username. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
•Account Use: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. While account sharing is not explicitly prohibited, trading accounts is strictly forbidden to prevent scams.
2. In-Game Conduct and Behavior
•Cheating and Exploits: Any form of cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage is prohibited. Violations will result in consequences, including temporary suspensions, currency fines, or permanent bans.
•Inappropriate Content: Usernames, snail names, and any user-generated content must be appropriate for all audiences. We reserve the right to remove or modify any content we deem inappropriate.
•Moderation: We actively moderate the game to ensure a positive environment. Players who engage in abusive behavior, harassment, or offensive communication will face penalties.
3. In-Game Purchases
•Coins and VIP Membership: Racing Snails is free to play, but users may purchase in-game currency (“Coins”). Coins can also be earned through gameplay. VIP memberships, which grant special privileges, can only be purchased using Coins and not real-world money.
•Refund Policy: All purchases are final. Refunds will only be issued in cases where technical issues prevent Coins from being credited after purchase. Refund requests must be submitted via in-game support for investigation.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
•Game Content: All art, music, design, and code associated with Racing Snails is the intellectual property of Mytholite Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal entertainment purposes.
•User-Generated Content: Players retain ownership of the names they give to their snails, but by using the Game, you grant us the right to use these names for any purpose, including promotional activities.
•Fan Content: We encourage fans to create and share content such as live-streaming, video content, fan art, fan games, and fan fiction. However, any content created by fans must adhere to these Terms.
5. Service Availability and Disclaimers
•Service Interruptions: Racing Snails may experience interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues. We strive to minimize downtime but cannot guarantee the Game’s availability at all times.
•Beta Testing and Bugs: You acknowledge that the Game may still contain bugs or unfinished features. Participation in beta testing is voluntary, and we welcome feedback.
•Limitations of Liability: Mytholite Ltd is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or loss of progress resulting from the use of the Game, interruptions in service, or technical issues.
6. User Safety and Dispute Resolution

•Three-Strike System: Users who violate these Terms will face consequences under a three-strike system, with penalties ranging from temporary account restrictions to permanent bans. We reserve the right to terminate accounts after repeated violations.
•Discontinuation of Service: Mytholite Ltd reserves the right to discontinue Racing Snails at any time, with or without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. All legal matters shall be handled within this jurisdiction.
